Dear Family!!

 

Well let me just say how much of a new experiance it has been here in the mtc! the first class i had when i got in was completly in norwegian and i had no idea what was going on!! but now being inthe mtc for a week i can say my prayers in norwegian and i can teach the first lesson very simply! It is so spiritual here and i am loving it so much!! my companion is eldste albert peterson from minnisota and he is like my best friend and is way easy to get along with and i could not be happier about him being my first companion!! our heavenly father has blessedd me somuch this past week with the gift of toungues and the interpretation of toungues you have no idea how crazy it has been!! everyday is planned out and i cant stand that but it works and i obey everything and do my best!! we taught an investigator the second day in full norwegian and it was the most humbling experiance i could have to first see what it was like!! it went absolutly horribly well for one my campanion likes to take over the lesson and he got VERY cocky and thought he could do everything with out a written plan so we both had to go from memory and it went like i said horrible!! but we have taught him three other lessons now and they have gone so well and the spirit was there i coulndt stop smiling and looking in to his eyes!! just so you know he is a full norwegian and he ONLY speaks a little english and i am very sure he is mormon i saw the G's but he plays the part super well and it is very convincing! you guys are such a big help when i got the first letter i almost started crying i couldnt help it i basically was baulling because its deffinatly not easy having you guys to talk to and being able to have help but when i am speaking a different language and its hard to get help we have to do everyting ourselfs! so if you are wondering how they teach us its basically all class room we are in there for 8 hours or more a day and all study is done in there and not in our rooms! basically no study goes on in the room! my teacher bror jaffa is great and he has answered my questions very well and he is a great teacher and helps me understand alot even though i still cant speak the language with out stoping on almost everyword i can get out what i am trying to say usually with a little help! pronounceation? is  key to this language and its a very basic language compared to english there are so little ways to express yourself which makes it easy in some ways!! but just so you know i only have wednesday as my pday and have a timer for thirty minutes so please use dear elder i can get those in like a day and read over them and it helps a lot that way i can know whe to write you guys:) so just use that and i will email you every week:) i am having such a great time and dad yes i know sister grass she is in my district with another sister floyd who are both very nice!! i havent found out about the roberts i know a joel roberts but its not the one i talked to anyway!! but there are a total of 8 people in my district and they are all great! the other people in our room specificaly elder bott who is going to tulsa talks in his sleep and its is so funny!! he falls asleep in a matter of mimutes and we all just sit there and wait to bust out laughing he says the most random things like i am going to kill you and shut up and no no no dont hurt me! he talked about narnia one time haha he is a weird kid but super funny!! so wednesday is my pday and its a busy day! i love you all so much and i am always so excited to read everything you have to write me!! i really dont know what else to say except i miss you and love you!! oh yes i see seth bangerter all the time and we talk and i see a bunch of my friends here!! tell the ward hi and how much i love them and tell them to send me letters i love getting insipration it is so great! mom i challenge you to read the book of mormon all the way through will i am in the mtc!! so you have to be ready atleast 12 pages aday::) so hup to it mom i love you so much! dad you so go keep working on your german i know you love it and i want you to keep progressing it will still be usefull for you to know it:) elske eldste Farnsworth ( love elder farnsworth):)
